If you disagree with any part of our return terms, kindly stop purchasing products from our store immediately.

Items can be returned within 30 calendar days upon delivery if the hats remain unused, intact with original packaging, no stains, deformation or personal wear damage. Defective products caused by production flaws are fully covered for free return or exchange.

Custom personalized printed hats, clearance discounted headwear and products damaged by improper customer use cannot be accepted for return unless quality defects exist at delivery.

Customers need to submit return request via our official email with order number within valid period. We will send detailed return address and guidance after application approval.

Once returned goods are received and inspected, full payment will be refunded to original payment channel within 7 working days. For UK local consumers, statutory cooling-off period rights under relevant UK consumer regulations are reserved.
