Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. Here is our return and exchange process.

Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Eligibility Criteria
Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear or modification will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item received is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We recommend using a secure, trackable service.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size or color variations, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refund Processing
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, customized goods, and used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
