All hat orders including baseball caps, bucket hats and knit beanies will be processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays will be arranged for dispatch on the next available business day.
We mainly deliver to the United Kingdom and European nations. Standard shipping to UK takes 7–15 working days after dispatch, while expedited delivery arrives within 3–7 working days. Actual transit time may be affected by customs clearance or unexpected logistics delays beyond our control.
Shipping fee is calculated based on total order weight and destination country. We periodically launch free-shipping promotions for qualified order amounts; relevant discount rules will be displayed clearly on product checkout page.
For UK customers, any applicable local import tax or customs duty stipulated by UK customs authorities shall be borne by the recipient as per local legal requirements. We will truthfully declare product value for customs inspection in compliance with Hong Kong and UK trade regulations.
